Clients are responsible for providing accurate information when making enquiries or bookings. Travel Express Consultancy will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect names, dates, passport details, visa information, contact details, or travel requirements provided by the client.
Travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, vaccination requirements, and entry requirements, remain the responsibility of the traveller or organisation making the booking. We may provide guidance, but final approval and travel clearance are subject to the relevant authorities.
Payments must be made as agreed before bookings are confirmed. Cancellation, refund, amendment, and no-show policies are subject to the rules of the airline, hotel, or third-party service provider. Service fees charged by Travel Express Consultancy may be non-refundable once work has been carried out.
Travel Express Consultancy will make every reasonable effort to provide accurate information and reliable service. However, we are not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, immigration decisions, airline disruptions, force majeure events, or actions taken by third-party service providers.
By using our services, you agree to treat all communications and transactions in good faith and to comply with the relevant travel provider terms attached to your booking.
